1. Shipping 

Orders placed before 20 August 2020 will be considered as pre-orders and will be shipped out from 20 August 2020 onwards. Please allow up to 14 days from that date for shipping, handling and delivery.

Unfortunately due to the ongoing pandemic we currently only ship locally to addresses within Malaysia.

Shipping costs will be charged according to the price stipulated by the logistics provider as specified on your order confirmation. We use the courier service POSLaju Malaysia for all deliveries.

2. Payment Policy

For all orders made from us, you can pay via internet banking, credit card or debit card. Prices and shipping rates may be subject to change without prior notice however these changes will not be reflected for confirmed (paid) orders, For any issues regarding your payments, please feel free to reach out to us at info@goodvibesfestival.com and our customer service representative will attend to you as soon as possible.

3. Returns/Exchanges

All sales are final. Unfortunately face masks cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons.
